Veronica is a sole practitioner specialising in drawing up Wills, Estate Planning and Real Estate Transactions on behalf of both the buyer and the Seller.
She studied at the University of Malta, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Diploma of Notary Public (N.P.) and Doctor of Laws (LL.D).
At the start of her career, Veronica was called to the bar to practice as a Lawyer where she gained substantial experience, giving Legal Advice and focusing on the Financial Services Sector. Here she also developed extensive conveyancing skills and in-depth knowledge of Contract Law and Document Drafting, particularly contractual arrangements.
She was an active participant in the Negotiation, Legal Research and Legal writing of a variety of contracts, advising a range of clients on commercial and private matters. Having both a Civil Law and Financial background, she appreciates both of these worlds.
She was awarded the warrant to practice as a Notary Public and set up her own practice in Rabat, allowing her to provide Legal Assistance, especially regarding Property Law. Above all, she provides a holistic yet personalised service to clients.
